Dr. Christina Bjorndal is a speaker and writer who has shared her personal story and philosophy on wellness with audiences across North America. She has helped many patients achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
After years of battling with depression and mental illness while on medications, she hopes to bring people the healthy lifestyle they deserve with her program and research. She has authored three books on mental health and founded a 10 week in-person course on mental health. Her books are “Beyond the Label – Moving from Mental Illness to Wellness with Naturopathic Medicine,” “Moving Beyond – A journal to self discovery,” and “The Essential Diet: Eating for Mental Health.”
