We’re putting a twist on our yoga practice today with Dharma Wheels! They’re a great tool to add to your practice and will help your hips, back and arms. If you don’t have a dharma wheel, that’s okay! I’m not using one today, so you can just watch what I’m doing as you listen to Heather’s instruction.
Heather explains it a little more in the live video, but the dharma wheel symbolizes the rapid spiritual change that can happen through yoga and Buddhism.
